Fall Ball 2022 Information!

Frequently Asked Questions Regarding the Start of the Season

When will I find out what team my child is on?
Teams will be drafted or built the weekend AFTER registration closes.

What days of the week will we practice or play?
We traditionally have played on these nights:
Tee Ball - Tues & Thurs
Coach Pitch - Mon & Wed
Minor Baseball - Tues, Thurs, & potentially Sat
Major Baseball - Mon, Wed, & potentially Sat
Juniors - Unknown (this division is scheduled by district and plays at Peoria Sports Complex)
Softball - Unknown (these divisions interleague play and the schedule hasn't been built yet)
Please remember that all of these are subject to change at some point because of the moving parts of registration numbers and team numbers. We work diligently to make these schedules.

What kind of equipment is needed?
We recommend a helmet for every player.
Glove
Plastic cleats for upper divisions (lower division is a recommendation, not a requirement)
Baseball pants
Bat (recommended by not necessary, must meet LLB rules)

How do I get communication from the league?
Please make sure to check your junk mail folder or inbox. We constantly update via email. You can also check Facebook and the website. The schedule and team roster will be loaded in your account for easy access. We also post our game schedule on our calendar.

Where do I park?
Upper divisions (Minor/Major/Juniors) park in the back parking lot off Behrend for games and practices.
Lower divisions (Tee Ball and Coach Pitch) park in the front parking lot off 35th ave for games and practices.
Please DO NOT PARK IN HANDICAP, RED CURB OR BLUE CURB AREAS. Your vehicles WILL be towed.

Do we have to wear masks?
At this time, no. We follow DVUSD's policies regarding all things Covid. More information regarding mitigation, reporting and expectations will be gone over at the parent meeting.

Is the parent meeting necessary?
Absolutely. It is a mandatory meeting that at least one parent from each family attend. Important information regarding games, practices, snack shack, parking and games will be shared! It is a 15 minute meeting, so please do come! Meetings will happen the first week of practices.
